"Premium" half-wheat bread

Hearth, oblong oval-shaped bread, surface is stabbed. It‘s half-wheat scalded bread, which distinguishes its fluffy, light crumb, richer sweet-and-sour taste and scent of caraway.

Ingredients: flour - wheat and rye, water, sugar, iodized salt, caraway seeds, yeast, thickener: guar gum, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, enzymes, preservative: calcium propionate, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
